[HCDX] DX tip and info:India/Uruguay

INDIA 9595 AIR Khampur 0117 man w/ID in lang, m w/male singer. QRK

URUGUAY 6140 R. Montecarlo, s/on noted 0900v and on this channel apparently
on all local daylight and possibly early evening, though s/off couldn't be
traced yet. Not there at 0100, for instance on Apr 24.  9595 and 11735
appear to be inactive. I personally wonder if the sked for SW will be
affected in ocassion of the coverage of the 2002 Soccer World Cup that
begins in late May and will last for all Jun. Uruguayan team will be present
on this occasion at Korea/Japan. Some matches are scheduled to start at 0630
(0330 URG time). If SW is activated or not on this possible overnight
operation will evidence the interest of the station in the use of the SW.
