Dear Jose,

15580 : 0030 Tamil etc.- As per schd recvd from FEBA -B'lore office this freq is
used between
0015-0200 UTC , Lngauages -Kannada/Tulu, Tamil/Badaga,Telegu etc, Txer site not
known.
Thye are using 7460 khz for the evening txn (1400-1630 utc).

15605 : Tuning Signal continously at 1215-1245 followed by programs in Indian
languages -
As per schd recvd from their Delhi office this freq is used between 1200-1500 utc.
At 1200 they signed
on & were playing continious music, then 1215-1245 they had id anncts, after 1245
progs in
Kangri, Gujrati Nepali, Bengali Urdu , Hindi were heard & then signed off at 1500
UTC.
Morning txn is on  12045 khz (0015-0130 UTC) Again txer sites not known.

 11885 : Tuning Signal at 1515, 1615 etc. and in African (?)  language - No idea.
