[HCDX] Slovakia - surprising changes from 1 NOV

Surprising changes came into effect from 1 NOV 2003:
- silenced transmitters, more regional transmissions on MW, less power on SW...
567 kHz - Rimavská Sobota 10 kW: no more in operation
792 kHz - Bratislava 5 kW: no more in operation
927 kHz - Nitra/Jarok 50 kW: now relays Rádio Patria (minority service) in Hungarian only - ex
Rádio Regina Bratislava / Rádio Patria
1098 kHz - Nitra/Jarok 50 kW: now relays Rádio Regina Bratislava (regional program) - ex Rádio

SHORT WAVES:
Radio Slovakia International, transmitter site Rimavská Sobota (3 transmitters): power reduced to
200 kW (ex 250).
FUTURE PLANS:
1035 kHz - Banská Bystrica 7 kW: will be put out of operation and replaced (from 1 APR 2004) by a
new transmitter on 702 kHz with Rádio Regina Banská Bystrica regional transmissions.
On short waves, one of the 3 transmitters in Rimavská Sobota will be put out of operation.
