You are asking the wrong question, its a distribution issue. I got my copy
of the WRTH last year December 6th and it has been published in the first
week of December for some years now. But of course I am in the UK where it
is published. It then has to be distributed to overseas retailers and I
believe there was a problem with Amazon getting the ISBN numbers mixed up
last year which caused a delay.

Same thing with Passport, US readers have their copies now as it is
published there, they will not reach the UK till early December.
