Could you be more specific as to time Tom?  Here in St. Louis also in the Midwest
I've been hearing Malagasy Republic signing on at 0300 almost nightly.  I don't
hear your "low talker" on 3340 though, perhaps due to my urban, electrically noisy,
location.
