On Saturday's DX Partyline, there was a report originating with Michael
Timofiev, either in Russia or Ukraine, to the effect that FM commercial stations
from Belarus were being heard on 4852 and 5044, both USB, at 0500-1600 UTC.
Includes R. 101/102, R. B-A and R. ROKS.  I don't know any more than that.
