Some comments... these are very humble opinions from European perspective
and situation in other end may be totally different.

I am surprised Iceland is so rare there. 738 is very strong here sometimes.
And I think NBS Keflavik is now on 1530 kHz. And have you ignored long waves?
RUV 207 should be possible.

How about 576? It was strong here (closed now?).
