the last 20 minutes are in English and French, heard with
SIO 454 on Feb 3 during the first day of reactivation by
Raymundo Cruz and Walter Tomarelli, also heard by Norberto
Pugliese on Sat 9 Feb with s/off at 1943.

PIRATES, SAm : 6925.58 R Cochiguaz, 0136-0228, heard w/strong signal
with typical candombe drums ID's, addresses in USA and in Argentina,
and LAm folk music programmes, ID's as "Desde Sudamerica al mundo,
transmite Radio Cochiguaz" and "You are listening Radio Cochiguaz",
by M anncrs, SINPO: 45444
