What a coincidence.  I heard a VHF low band fire dispatch to check out a 
fisherman who was clamming and may have been in difficulty.
I could hear both the dispatch and the mobiles on 33.52 MHz for about
20 minutes.  They were dispatched to Cape Cod Seacant(?) on a report
by a passing motorist.  I couldn't understand the Seacant part.
