[HCDX]: Reception reports to ELWA

Hi,

Today I received to letters from SIM. Neither of them contained the QSL Card
from Radio ELWA  I had hoped for. The letter from SIM USA contained an
official receipt for the dollar I had enclosed as return postage and a
sticker saying that a reponse to my reception report will be forthcoming
from the appropriate
department.

No luck with the other letter, either. The reception report sent on 10
February by registered mail to Radio ELWA (via SIM mission in Abidjan as
suggested by Ron Sonius, the former director of the SIM mission in Liberia)
came back undelivered. I opened the envelope to check its contents and sure
enough, the dollar was gone. Somebody at the Abidjan post office was
skillful enough to rip off the greenback without damaging the envelope :-(

Anybody else out there who has received an answer yet from ELWA?
