[HCDX] UNID on 1590 kHz

Hey guys!

I heart a strange id on 10th of January 2001 on 1590 kHz. It was clearly 
"?en la emisora Alfa FM (9?)3 en Peru.".
Programme was non-stop talk. Is there any such a station on this frequency 
or on FM in Peru? R Nuevo Continente came at the same time with strongly 
fading signal.
