[HCDX] CSDXC web page address changed

Hi,

the CSDXC (Czechoslovak DX Club) homepage address changed after some time of parallel
operation:

old address:  www.csdxc.cz

new address:  www.dx.cz

We are sorry of those who do not visit our pages so often, so they did not notice the
blinking warning and now complain that the page is not available.
Please note the change, thanks.
