Hi,
At least 594 Vladikavkaz should be active with Radio Chechnya
Svobodnaya (RCS) programmes. In Moscow 594 kHz is occupied by
another Russian station, WRTH-99 lists 40 kw Izhevsk. There is a weak
carrier on 595 khz, somebody reported Vladikavkaz is 1 khz off the channel.
