[HCDX] Russian px in POR???

Hi all,

A curious news from Russian weekly "Inostranets":

Portuguese radio station Antena 1 has begun daily broadcasts intended for
illegal immigrants from the former USSR. They are transmitted in Russian,
twice a day -- in the afternoon and late evening. The main goal is to
convince such people that they must pass registration at police offices.

Could DXers in Portugal or Spain confirm that info? And what are the exact
times?
