Re: [HCDX] Radio Marti

Yawn..... We can only hope the Church of Fidel doesn't last any longer than its pontiff....

Here in Florida, the jammers of the most enlightened regime's Operacion Titano seem to be winning on HF, mostly obliterating Marti, plus everything +/- 50 KHz, not to mention empty harmonics of Marti frequencies. Their MW counterparts stay busy also. One curious blobmitter blasts away at 820 KHz, and has for a few years now, with no evident clue as to what the target station might possibly be. The 1160 Radio Swan/Americas jammer stayed on the air 15 years after that particular racist KKK station left the air, so targetless jamming might simply be a sign of utter centrally-planned incompetence on the part of the operators...

All that notwithstanding, I'm curious as to which race Radio Marti might be overtoning against....

Subject: [HCDX] Radio Marti : transmitted with an HRS 12 / 4 / 1 curtan array from Delano -- EIRP 3, 000 kW at beam centre!

[Why 3,000 kW EIRP?]
Radio Marti only exists because wealthy Cubans have bought several
congressmen over the past couple of decades in the US. Radio Marti is
probably the worst possible example of how to engage in international
broadcasting. It has hateful and racist overtones that a member of the US
KKK can only explain.
